One district has benched athletes caught drinking. Another has drafted a policy on team and members who misbehave.
Eleven students at Duanesburg High School were barred from the baseball and track teams for the rest of the season after they admitted drinking at a house party April 11, said Superintendent Lou Defilippo.
``There are no gray areas,'' he said Friday. ``Our policy against consumption of alcohol has been in place for a long time.''
